Although you try to pull yourself together and remind yourself that it’s just a phase—one that all women go through—you might still reach a point where you feel lost, misunderstood, exhausted, and powerless, unsure of how to get back on track.
You need someone who listens to you, understands you, and provides you with the tools to take back control of your life.
The support you need
A qualified and experienced menopause life coach can offer the support and guidance you need. This will enable you to:
- Improve your overall well-being by setting goals and making changes to your lifestyle through a personalized action plan. This could include losing weight, getting fitter, improving sleep, or making adjustments to your diet, exercise routine, and sleep habits. It also involves identifying your strengths and weaknesses and replacing bad habits with good ones.
- Boost your self-esteem and confidence while feeling empowered by shifting from negative thinking to positive thinking and developing a resilient mindset.
- Create balance in your work, relaxation, family, and social life.
- Stay consistent, overcome obstacles, and achieve your goals by working closely with your coach. Having someone to hold you accountable makes it much easier to stay on track.
- Understand the physical and mental changes you’re experiencing, explore this new version of yourself, learn to manage symptoms, and regain a sense of control.
- Clear your mind, release emotional burdens, and find the answers you seek. The answers are already within you—your coach will simply shine a light to help you see them.
What do i offer
- Free 20-minute online consultation: This session allows us to get to know each other, discuss your needs, and decide whether we’d like to work together.
- First session (60 minutes): A thorough assessment to understand your situation, followed by the creation of a personalized action plan based on your needs and goals. We’ll also schedule follow-ups as needed.
- Follow-up sessions (30 minutes): These sessions focus on tracking your progress, making necessary adjustments to your action plan, and refining your goals.
- One-off sessions available: If you prefer, you can book standalone sessions without an action plan or follow-ups. I offer 30-minute or 60-minute “boost-your-spirit” sessions or simply a safe space where I listen to you with empathy and understanding.

Consultation
First 60 min session will be a thorough assessment, an action plan will be designed based on your needs, and/or follow ups will be planned. One off sessions without action plans or follow ups are possible.
